Our Y2 classes are asking for help. Do you have any ball pit balls that you no longer need? Or a marble run that your children don't use? If so, we would be delighted if you would send them in for our Y2 children to make use of.
Thank you for your continued support.
We now have the latest Children in Need badges in school. Priced at £1. Our stock is limited, so don't wait too long to pick one up.
On Friday 11th October, we are supporting Macmillan and Wear it Pink day. Children may come in to school wearing pink if they wish.
We will be holding a coffee afternoon starting at 2.30pm in the Infant Hall. Everyone is welcome. (We would be very grateful for any donations of cakes - either shop bought or home made.)

Our school grounds are going to be having a revamp thanks to us being awarded two grants. The first - a Gower Society Youth grant which will be used to buy a polytunnel. By the spring, the children will be using the polytunnel for planting,, and, depending on their success, you may find home grown goods for sale.
The second - a Groundwork grant from One Stop shops, which will be used to create much needed play equipment for the Foundation Phase playground. So over the next few months, the fabulous Dave will be busy with his hammer and saw. We'll send you an update when the building is underway!
Next week, Mrs Williams will be starting a lunchtime Welsh Club for Y5 children. This will take place during lunch time on a Wednesday - starting on 9th October 2019.
Letters will be sent home with Y5 children. Places are limited, so please return your slip as soon as possible.
